For those wondering; these cables fit perfectly in the Otterbox without any issues.
I’ve added several pictures at the bottom of the review so please check those to see what’s included and detailed pictures.
This cable is about 1/2 the price of the Apple OEM cable and works perfectly without any issues. It is also braided so the cable won’t snap or start to fall apart after a lot of use.
The MFi cables are certified components by Apple that are integrated into these cables to ensure that these cables perform well and don’t drop below 1 Amp. If you have a cheap knock off Non MFI cable you may have seen the “Accessory is not supported” message to appear on the phone due to the components not being in those cheap cables. You will not get the message with this cable. :)
To make sure the this cable was providing the correct output I used my Yeeco Ammeter. See last picture. |Durable and tangle free!,
With just one meter in length, this cable might not be suitable for reaching your device places at greater distance, but it surely comes in handy while syncing your device with macbook, transferring files and photos, or for charging your device somewhere near the plug. When using it to charge my iPhone or iPad, I found it to charge my device upto 85% as fast as Apple cable. The cable is durable and appears really strong, better than the Apple cable I must say! My last Apple cable broke near the connector and stopped working in just few months of use, and hope this won’t happen with this cable as the connector appear quite strong. Overall, Both in Quality and Performance this cable work similar to Apple cable!

|Tough, Reliable and Tangle – Free,
The beauty of the cord is that it will not twist or tangle. I personally love the nylon braiding as I believe it offers more flexibility, strength and longer life span over the standard plasticy coated cords. Both the USB side and the phone plug are reinforced so I don’t see them pulling away from the actual plug any time soon. I’ve had problems in the past with more inferior cables that break near the connector and the interior wires start to show and pull apart. This cable is about half of the cost of Apple OEM charging cable and completely compatible with all my devices. Fabulous value for the money; and it works at lightning speed to charge and transfer data for your iphone and other devices in considerably less than an hour and my phone was dead.
