   It worked perfectly for my iPhone 5, which had lost all speaker sound. Tired of having to hold the phone to my ear for calls, or use earbuds for calls and videos, I ordered the iPhone 6, and then thought, “who is going to buy a used iPhone 5 with no speaker?” So I ordered this after watching an instructional video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJEUq-9RwiY, and watched the video again while installing this replacement. It works perfectly. My wife said, “So you don’t need to buy the new phone after all!” (But too late, I already placed the order. At least my iPhone 5 will have a better resale value.)

   Speaker is a piece of junk!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Sound quality of replacement speaker is lousy. Crackly muffled and all around junk. Should of spent 15.99 from the one from apple. They say this is an original part and I call them out that it in not. Give me what I paid for original equipment parts.
