This is the first review I have ever written on Amazon but after what these cables did to my phone I think it was needed. Out of the box most of the cables did not work. They would not properly charge the phone or had some internal breakages that caused the cable to not be functional or work intermittently.

The main problem was that one of the cables caused a short in such a spectacular fashion that there was an electrical fire at the outlet of the phone. My cable is completely ruined and it melted the charging port on my phone to a point that it no longer charges and I have to purchase a new phone. I am never buying these cables again and urge you to seek better cables lest you end up catching your phone on fire like mine

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. It seemed like every charger I had, in the house or in the cars, would give me that message “to charge faster, use the charger and cable that came with the phone.” I tried that, still the same message. So I kept the Chargers I had, but replaced every single usb cable with these. The stupid message has now disappeared and the phones charge quickly. Wife loves the different colors as well.

i needed something cheap because i have 5 devices that use micro usb cables for charging and all of the oem cables of those devices are either lost or busted.

it charges as fast if not faster than oem cables. i tested all 10 of them and none of them was DOA. it will lock in place and won’t fall out like same cables available here on amazon that are more expensive than this. it is sturdy and I think this will last long. at $10 for 10 this is an amazing deal. not to mention prime eligible. can’t comment about longevity yet. i just got them. will make an update if anything happens.
